Flush employs an open and straightforward approach. Though the act of creation is very much organic, we have developed a linear, four-step methodology.
We strive to engage the client in all stages throughout the process.
DIAGNOSE (Strategy and Business Analysis)Rather than focusing on any one particular ideal solution from the outset, we begin by initiating a dialog with the intent of exploring and mapping-out possible scenarios to their respective conclusions.
What does success look/sound/feel/taste/smell like?
In addition to providing a healthy dose of fertilizer from which ideas will blossom, this phase affords us a discourse to explore new ideas, gain perspective to accurately scope the project, and establish metrics that will later allow us to quantify and qualify the success of the project.
DESIGN (Information Architecture and Visual Design)The seeds planted during the Discuss phase bear fruit in the Dream phase. A broad range of ideas are explored and scrutinized to determine their suitability for meeting the objectives set forth in the prior phases.
DEVELOP (Coding and Functionality)Those ideas that pass the evaluation will go onto be realized in the form of prototypes and working examples. The finalists are further analyzed and, working from a position of informed intuition, the correct solution becomes clear.
Here is where we turn ideas into reality through coding and technology implementation.
DELIVER (Testing and Launch)The Deliver phase marks the end of our problem solving process but heralds the beginning of an entirely new juncture in the project life-cycle. While the project itself delivers an innovative solution incorporating the input of all parties involved, a project in its infancy requires a great deal of attention and care to ensure it will fulfill its potential.
